Season Finale Review - Shaun OMac Radio
As usual, I had a blast on Shaun OMac Radio last night, chatting about the season finale, and the whole first season in general. Shaun had some great clips from the show, along with some absolutely wonderful callers for the show. Clark, we’ll have to have a chat about the Biggest Heather Fan one of these days!
What did y’all think of the season finale, or of the season in general? When (not if, as Shaun reminded me) it gets renewed, will you come back to it? Even outside of writing for this blog, I would be coming back again and again, as long as it’s on the air, in the news, in fan fiction, anything and everything. Do you feel the same?
If so, write to CBS, call up CBS, email them, blog about them renewing Jericho, send them peanuts, whatever it takes to keep this show on the air, ok? Also, head on over to BlogTalkRadio and let them know that they should have a regular Jericho chat, which I enjoy almost as much as watching the show itself.

I absolutely love Jericho and am so hoping it will see a second season. There is no show like it on TV. I love how the characters on Jericho aren’t bad people just put in an impossible situation. Every episode makes you think, what would I do and then you get scared at the thought of what you would have to do. If CBS was smart they would renew it. What are they going to put in its place, another crime drama? Don’t they have enough of them?

Amber, I was pleasantly surprised to see my name mentioned in your blog, and yes, we’ll have to debate the “biggest Heather fan” issue sometime. I have the advantage, or at least the added perspective, of being male when it comes to appreciating many of her, er, finer qualities.
Most of the Wikipedia article on Heather is my work. I’ve been trying to pin down her lost “minister’s daughter” backstory for a while now, and Carol Barbee was kind enough to put that matter to rest for me.
As for renewal of the show, if it comes back, I’ll be there with bombs on.

We are battling for a renewal for JERICHO..
Several fronts: We are sending various versions of “nuts” to CBS. Peanuts, styrofoam peanuts, pictures of peanuts and yes a case of peanuts to CBS TV.
